1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the NMI Payment Gateway, integrating our APIs, or utilizing the NMI login portals, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. This agreement applies to all ISOs, ISVs, Payment Facilitators, and direct merchants using the platform.
2. Account Access and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their NMI gateway login and usaepay login credentials. You agree to notify NMI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Multi-factor authentication is enforced across the Merchant Central Login to ensure maximum security.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
The NMI platform and USAePay hardware ecosystem may only be used for lawful transactions. Processing payments for prohibited goods, bypassing risk-monitoring tools, or attempting to reverse-engineer our white-label infrastructure will result in immediate account termination.
4. Uptime and Service Level Agreements
NMI strives for 99.99% gateway uptime. However, scheduled maintenance windows may occasionally limit access to reporting via the Merchant Central dashboard. Core transaction processing is routed through redundant data centers to ensure business continuity.
